Product servicing and repairs
We service all products in the UK with a team of engineers based in Spalding. Before you return a product to please obtain a returns number by emailing is at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure that you include:

- A brief description of why you are returning the equipment.

Only send the equipment to us once you have a returns number and make sure that your contact details and returns number are on paperwork with your equipment.
