Product servicing and repairs
We service all products in the UK with a team of engineers based in Spalding. Before you return a product to please obtain a returns number by emailing is at support@unikon.co.uk. Please ensure that you include:
- Your Name
- Your Contact Telephone Number
- Your address
- A brief description of why you are returning the equipment.
- The returns number
Only send the equipment to us once you have a returns number and make sure that your contact details and returns number are on paperwork with your equipment.

Club System activation
If you are contacting us for Club system activation, please first try our online service [Click here]. If you wish to get an activation code by email please email support@unikon.co.uk with the title Activation in the subject field. Please provide the six digit code XXXX-XX from the display on the club system, along with contact telephone number and the best time of day to contact you.
